A brand new mode is coming toCall of Duty: Warzone, Iron Trials ‘84, and it’s only for those looking for a real challenge in Verdansk.
Iron Trials ‘84 will completely change the way you play the popular Battle Royale, with an increased time to kill, buy station price changes, and more, players will need as much information as possible before they jump in.

What IsWarzoneIron Trials ‘84?
Iron Trials ‘84 is an upcoming mode forCall of Duty: Warzone. The mode will be available via a new Playlist Update that will go live on September 16th at 10AM PT.
According to theCall of Dutywebsite, Iron Trials is only for those who “consider themselves a true Tier One Operator” and is a variation of the traditionalWarzoneBattle Royale mode.
It’s also worth noting that Iron Trials ‘84 is only available for Duos.
The new mode was created for highly competitive players and is speculated to be the first step in creating a more competitiveWarzonegame mode. But that’s simply speculation for now.
What Are TheWarzoneIron Trials ‘84 Rules?
So, what exactly is different in the newWarzonegame mode? Well, players can expect plenty of changes.
A shorter match time along with an increased circle collapse time, meaning that games are expected to last 2 minutes less. Round timers have been reduced by 12%, whilst the speed of the circle collapsing has been increased by 12%.
Players will also only be able to obtain loadout drops via buy stations, so don’t expect any free ones to drop in around Verdansk anymore.

And it doesn’t stop there either, all player’s base health has been increased from 100 to 250, meaning it’s going to take a lot longer to kill your enemies.
The delay in health regeneration has also been increased from 5 to 7 seconds and health regen per second has been decreased from 120 per second to 40.
Changes to ground loot have also been mixed up, in Iron Trials ‘84 it will be much harder to find large stacks of cash, rare weapons, and killstreaks. Plus, there will beNODead Silence or Stopping Power Rounds available.
If you die in Iron Trials ‘84 and get sent to the Gulag, expect a much tougher match as only the essentials are available, no akimbo, no semi-auto or full-auto Shotguns, and a limited selection of Tactical Equipment.
Finally, there have been certain equipment and weapon adjustments in the mode. Headshots with a Sniper Rifle will only down a player if they are within 30 meters, the effect of stun grenades has been decreased by 50%, and the regeneration from Medical Syringes has also been reduced by 50%.
What Rewards Are Available InWarzoneIron Trials ‘84?
So, for all that hard work what rewards are available in the newWarzonemode? Well unfortunately, you won’t be getting any special weapon blueprints from the mode.
Instead, players will unlock a special Iron Trials ‘84 Calling Card for winning a game.
