The Best Ways to Earn Money in Story of Seasons Grand Bazaar

While there are hundreds of ways to earn gold, nothing even comes close to the amount of money you can get fromgetting ores and rare minerals. There are so many fixed ore spawns around Zehpyr Town, the mountains, and the equestrian park that if you gather them all every day, you are going to make a lot of gold just from selling ores and minerals.

Theore nodes are fixed, but they dochange every season, so you can follow our mineral and ore location guide to find all the spots to farm.

Now, you’re able to technically make more money by keeping some of the ores and minerals to turn into jewelry using the blue and yellow windmills, but they are just not worth it because of the time it takes to finish.

Even on days when powerful winds boost the windmill, it just takes too long to finish. You are better off focusing on other essentials, such as high-quality ingredients, seeds, honey, and even pickled foods. However, if you are 100+ hours in and you have gemstones to help your windmills out, jewelry will be extremely profitable, especially with max buffs from your bazaar decors.

As a tip, if your blue windmill isn’t processing anything, you can alwaysmake more honeyor keep processing crops to turn them into high-quality seeds. Blue windmills should be one of your busiest windmills throughout the game.

As you progress through the bazaar ranks, you’ll need your ores to upgrade your tools, so you can’t sell them all the time. However, if you want to be efficient, thebest way to progress and make money is to rush upgrading your axe to get better mineralsand temporarily skip upgrading the other tools.

Use all the excess minerals to fund your other quality-of-life upgrades from the bazaar. Each axe upgrade should give you new and better ores to mine. The biggest spikes will come from getting a gold axe and having a chance at mining Orichalcum and Diamonds.

Diamonds are worth 10,000+ gold each, depending on quality. Once you upgrade the axe again, you’ll get a chance at mining Mithril and Pink Diamonds. Pink Diamonds give 32,500+ gold each, which could go for 50,000+ each with all the bazaar decor upgrades at this point. This is the best way to get those 1,000,000 upgrades, too.

Other Great Ways to Make Gold in Story of Seasons Grand Bazaar

While ores and minerals are extremely profitable, it isn’t exactly what you want from a farming game, right? Well, crops can also make you a lot of money, but first, let’s talk about the Happy Sprites and bazaar decor bonuses.

Bazaar Sales Technique

The Happy Sprites give you a lot of bonuses for your bazaar, especially when you call for their help to sell all your goods. Their bonuses could give your goods some extra freshness, but what you want is the extra quality bonus that makes you a lot of extra gold, especially if you sell in bulk or focus on high-value minerals.

The technique is tosell all low-value items in bulk to get your happy meter up during a bazaar. You can sell crops since you can grow a lot of them when farming. You can evensell a 99-stack of wood and rocks along with some excess cropsjust to get your meter up.

When you are putting these items up, customers could start asking for your expensive items. Ignore them all.Sell those expensive items using the help of the Happy Sprites. Use this technique with your highest-value goods.

Bazaar Decor Buffs

While there are a few kinds of buffs coming from your large decors, small decors, tent, and counters, you only want tomaximize the Price Up buff to maximize profits. ThesePrice Up buffs come from counters. Buy all the Price Up Lv. 3 counters and add them to your stall.

You can have up to three counters during your bazaar, so you canstack up to a total of Price Up Lv. 9 buffs. Thesebuffs work on everything, and not just what you put on the specific counter. These counters might be expensive, but they are very worth the cost.

Best Crops to Grow for Gold

The best crops to grow are quite subjective. Crops like Watermelon yield more value than Potatoes, Rice, or Wheat, but the latter offer more recipe options.

Growing rice or wheat can open up a world of cooking, with 20+ other recipes to try. That’s why it’s always a good idea to have them. They are also quite profitable because cooking doesn’t require much time, as time stops when you are cooking.

Thebest strategy is to have at least one or two favorite recipes that need one specific crop, and grow other crops to whatever you feel like.

Here are some profitable recipes and their ingredients:

These recipes are my personal go-to for making profits. They are eithereasy to make with simple ingredientsora mix of simple ingredients and high-value price.

Macaroni & Cheese sells for an extremely high price considering its basic ingredients. You get its Ingredients basically through your livestock every day. Onion Salads just require Onions, and you can plant and harvest them in bulk without needing to increase their quality. The same goes for Sauteed Cauliflowers, but they cost more and you get way less of them per plot or harvest.

Watermelon Tea is a bit more complicated because it requires some tea leaves and some windmill usage. The same goes for Jam-Filled Buns. Donuts are another simple recipe because you can easily buy the Sugar and Oil from the bazaar stalls.

In my opinion, selecting specific recipes to maximize profits doesn’t make a significant difference.Every time you process something, such as turning an egg into mayonnaise or turning flowers into an herb salad, the item’s value increases anyway. Feel free to cook what you want. Just remember to capitalize on mining every ore node possible every day, as these are essentially free gold.
