There are 8 combinations locks that will have to be solved in order to unlock the Master of Unlocking Trophy.
Racoon Police Department
1st Floor - West Office
2nd Floor - Shower Room
Portable Safe
2nd Floor - Waiting Room
2nd Floor - Linen Room
3rd Floor - Police Station
Upper Sewers - Control Room
Middle Sewers - Treatment Pool Room

Matilda Pistol (Starting weapon) Upgrades
W-870 Shotgun
Players must acquire the Spade Key in the 3rd Floor to gain access to the Art Room on the 2nd Floor. The Keycard will be on a table.Head towards the Safety Deposit Room on the 1st Floor. Use the Keycard at the end of the room to unlock the shotgun.
Lightning Hawk Magnum
While this weapon can be seen early in the game, players won’t be able to acquire it until they complete the underground parking garage portion. First, proceed to the Library on the 2nd Floor and pick up the Red Book from the table. Next stop, proceed to the Art room on the 2nd Floor and pick up the statue’s arm on the adjacent table. Combine the arm with Red Book and put it back on the statue to unlock Scepter. Inspect the Scepter to receive the Red Jewel. Obtain the Jewelry Box located in the Interrogation Room and combine it with the Red Jewel to obtain the S.T.A.R.S. Badge. Finally, examine the badge so it can turn into a flash drive which is used in the S.T.A.R.S. office to unlock the weapon.
Chemical Flamethrower
Located in the Lower Section of the Sewers in the Supplies Storage Room. Players will come here naturally following the story. Grab the Queen Plug and put it in the appropriate to open a door. Proceed upstairs to grab the King Plug and use the King Plug on the Weapon Locker door.
Rocket Launcher
This weapon is found during the final boss fight. Don’t worry as this is a story related weapon and is out in plain sight unable to be missed.
M19 Pistol (B Run only)
Complete your first playthrough so in the title menu the “New Game [2nd Run]” option is available. Choosing this option will start B campaign. The new weapon will be located next to storage chest in the first room they enter. This happens extremely early in the game so don’t miss it.
SLS 60 Revolver
GM 79 Grenade Launcher
Players must acquire the Spade Key in the 3rd Floor to gain access to the Art Room on the 2nd Floor. The Keycard will be on a table. Head towards the Safety Deposit Room on the 1st Floor. Use the Keycard at the end of the room to unlock the grenade launcher.
MQ 11 Submachine Gun
JMB HP3 Laser Sight Pistol
Enter the shooting range located in the underground parking garage and grab the yellow box. Examine it to obtain a Car Key. Next, head to the underground parking garage to find a police car near 3 traffic cones and a Notice sign. Examine the Car Key and click the button on the back to open the trunk of the car.
Spark Shot

Quickdraw Army Revolver (B Run Only)
Completing either Leon’s or Claire’s story under a time limit will unlock an infinite ammo gun as well as a trophy so be sure to do this once! This is very important if you wanna tackle hardcore without losing your mind. Both Leon’s and Claire’s first playthrough (A Run) needs to be done in under 3 hours and 30 minutes on Standard and 2 hours and 30 minutes on Hardcore Mode. Both Leon’s and Claire’s second playthrough (B Run) needs to be done in under 3 hours on Standard and 2 hours Hardcore Mode.
