The Strategy
Unlike the first fight, the two minions of the main boss aren’t the same and function differently from one another. One of them has the ability to buff his party members, which can be a pain because they deal raw magic damage, while the other can inflict ailments on the party.
The Cowardly Maya will castSukukajafrom time to time, increasing the evasion and aim of his target. Crying Table canpoisonyour party members along with dealing outMaragi. Finally, Wondrous Magus is a sorcerer of sorts and focuses onice skills such as Mabufu, hitting your entire party andBufulato hit a solo target. If he’s able to inflict weakness, he’ll generally useConcentrate, powering up his next attack.

The difficulty comes with removing the evasion buff on the enemies, as missing causes a significant amount of damage. On top of that, having characters that are weak to either ice or fire is a hindrance, causing the enemies to have an extra turn.
Obviously, what you need to do is hit the three with their weaknesses and do an all-out-attack. This will quickly get rid of the Cowardly Maya and Crying Table, leaving you with only Ice Mage to deal with.
