Before you canopen the doorand leave theTemple of Time, you’ll need to pray before theStatue of the Goddesswith theFour Lights of Blessingsfromthe Shrines in the Sky Islands; you’re able to upgrade your hearts with an extra container, making you strong enough to leave these lands behind… For now, at least.

However, did you know that you may alsoupgrade your Stamina Wheelat these statues, as well? As you make your way through the lands ofHyrule, you’ll encounter plenty ofShrines. Completing these puzzling rooms will grant youone Light of Blessing. After you have gathered four of them, you can revisit any of theStatues of the Goddessthat you have encountered on your journey to exchange them for either anotherheart container, increasing your maximum health, or an addition to yourStamina wheel, so you can continue running and climbing for longer.

Keep your eyes peeled throughout the lands for any locations withswirling green energyabove them, as you are bound to find another shrine here. Complete the puzzle within to unlock another Blessing of Light, and start getting stronger by the day. There are well over100 shrinesthroughout the lands, so you’ll have plenty of locations to find and puzzles to look forward to as you continue through Tears of the Kingdom.
