There is plenty of time to get the code, and unlike Twitch campaigns, you don’t really need to watch any streams or take part in any event. It’s also available topurchase as a DLC on Steamseparately, which I’m guessing is for players who missed out on this promotion.
Access the SEGA Blue Outfit In-Game
Once you have redeemed the code, simply open theWorld Mapand swap between all your outfits by pressing RB/LB/Page Up or Down. It is shown in the bottom right of the screen of the world map.

There is another blue outfit in the game as well, but it doesn’t have that iconic blue and white color combination found in the SEGA logo. Personally, I think this looks absolutely beautiful and is one of the best outfits in the game, easily.
