One thing about jailbreakers is that they like to be unique, especially in how they exhibit their iPhones to stand out from the non-jailbreakers around them. The plethora of flashy themes, user interface reworks, and custom animations available in the vast number of repositories are all wonderful examples of this.
Another way you might garner attention from those unfamiliar with jailbreaking is with custom sound effects, and iOS developerSteven Rolfereally captures this idea in the form of a freejailbreak tweakdubbedFreeFall.

FreeFall is a tweak that plays a sound effect when your iPhone is falling through the air – hence the name. By default, it plays a screaming sound, which is almost certain to turn heads whenever you drop your handset.
FreeFall not only plays sounds in free-fall, but also after the device lands; so while it might be used to scream mid-fall, it can also get the people around you laughing by harnessing a recording that says, “help I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” once the handset lands.

The sound effects are, of course, fully configurable via a dedicated preference pane that you’ll find in the Settings app post-installation, so if you don’t like the examples we’ve mentioned above, then you can certainly opt for alternatives:
Here, you can:
We like that you’re able to adjust the sensitivity of the two aforementioned parameters because you can prevent false positives this way. Please note that you don’t need to use both sound effects – you can have a falling sound effect only and not a landing one if you so desire.
If you don’t like the stock sounds that FreeFall provides out of the box, then the good news is that you may add your own sounds by dropping supported audio files into the/Library/FreeFallfolder via a filesystem navigation app such as Filza or over an SSH connection from your computer.
