We will notify you via an announcement as soon as they are fixed.“Compensationis planned to be sent out two hours after the issue is fixed, with some compensation coming within five days.

With limited time to complete the Nemesis Banner and pull this top-tier character, each day counts, leaving fans rightfullyupsetat this. In response to the error, Hotta Studio is delivering 500Dark Crystalto all players and an additional 300 Dark Crystal to those affected by the Flame Gold conversation to Black Gold.
This isn’t the first time that Tower of Fantasy has had to issue compensation for errors, nor is it the first time that fans have been upset with decisions and outcomes with Tower of Fantasy. Hotta Studio has been active and quick to respond to such errors, but only time will tell if it is enough to appease fans.
