Bethesda has confirmed Fallout 76 will be coming to Steam along side the free Wastelanders update, plus get the Fallout Classic Collection for free.

Fallout 76 Coming to Steam with Wastelanders Plus Free Fallout Classic Collection with Purchase

Fallout 76is coming Steam along side the freeWastelandersupdate which launches on April 14th. But if you have already got Fallout 76 through the Bethesda.net launcher, you can pick up a free copy on Steam fromnow until 11:59pm ET on April 12th. To claim you will need to link your your Steam account by visitingBethesda.net.

This is only for those who have already purchased a copy of F76 already, and you will not be able to transfer your Atoms or Fallout 1st membership balance between Bethesda.net and Steam. Any Atoms earned are specific to that platform, but any items you have purchased through the Atomic Shop will be available on both Bethesda.net and Steam.

Wastelanders will be launching on April 14th which is a free expansion for all who have the Fallout 76 base game. There are also Wastelanders editions to purchase on April 14th, you’re able to find out what eachbundle contains here.

Fallout Classic Collection Free with Fallout 76

Bethesda have also announced if you haven’t picked upFallout 76yet, if you purchase it on Steamfrom April 14th to April 28thyou will also get the Fallout Classic Collection bundle for free. Either purchase the standard Fallout 76: Wastelanders version or the Fallout 76: Wastelanders Deluxe Edition to gain the bundle which contains Fallout 1, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics.

If you already own Fallout 76 on Bethesda.net, you will be able to activate your copy on Steam and receive the Fallout Classic Collection during those two weeks post-launch as well.

If you choose to transfer to Steam, all your current progress will carry over according to the Bethesda.net article. You will also be able to play with your Bethesda.net friends if you play on Steam.
