To earn the Shadowed Splashes achievement in Dredge The Iron Rig, you need to have five Dark Splashes in your inventory at a time.
There are multiple ways to get Dark Splashes, which are only found at oil despots across the map. Here are the three ways you may get these sorted in order of difficulty:
No matter how you obtain the Dark Splashes, as long as you have five in the inventory, the achievement will pop up.
Considering how many times players will have to visit the oil deposits, the achievement will likely unlock on its own. Some of the other achievements, likeThe Gleaming Goliath,require multiple steps to obtain. There are 12 new achievements added in The Iron Rig expansion, and most of them are still fairly rare, at least on Steam.
