Despite the negative attention that BIG Games consistently garners in regards to its history of merchandise releases, the Roblox development company has just announced viaTwitterits newest set of limited-edition plushes—theTitanic Tiedye CatandTitanic Tiedye Dragon. Like previous plush drops, purchasing one of these toys will also give players an exclusivePet Simulator Xpet that can only be obtained by those who receive the corresponding pet code. These plushes go live onSunday, May 30, 2025, at11am CTand will not be restocked after they sell out.
Because these plushes are for Titanic pets (the largest type of pet in Pet Simulator X), they have titanic-sized price tags to match, cashing in at$250 USDper plush. Similar to theTitanic Balloon Catplushes that were released in February 2023, members of the Roblox community have spoken out against the release of the new Titanic Tiedye plushes, with some users even listing possibleelectronics,consoles, andeveryday necessitiesthey could purchase with the same amount of money.

Even with this backlash, however, these plushes will still sell out nearly instantly after going on sale, and will inevitably be resold on eBay for hundreds higher than their original listing price. The Titanic Balloon plush mentioned above islistedon the resale site for upwards of $1,500 USD, and presale posts have already been made for the new tiedye plushes that have prices between$300-$400above the original listing.
Those wanting to take home either of these plushes will need to ensure they have their information prepped and ready to go before 11am on May 14, as the BIG Games website has a habit of crashing due to the overwhelming wave of traffic.
