Some of the most underused weapons in Modern Warfare 3 are the marksman rifles, and one of the best in that category is the KVD Enforcer. If you like power DMR-like weapons with deadly accuracy, I have the perfect loadout for you to try.

Because marksman rifles are the designated semi-auto weapon class in MW3, the attachments don’t need to be as focused on recoil control on the stock and rear grip slots. Instead, I added the KAS-10 barrel for far more ranged capability and the L4R Flash Hider for the largest boost to control. The XTEN Phantom also helps, but it’s mainly about the ADS boost.
Adding the Schalger PEQ Box IV also helps provide a small ADS boost without any negatives. Most weapons need another stock attachment instead of a laser, but the base stats on the marksman rifles like the KVD Enforcer allow us to equip attachments with minimal gains. As long as you can snap on your target and shoot once, the recoil isn’t an issue.
Best Perks and Equipment for the KVD Enforcer in MW3:
The most important perk here is the Marksman Gloves. They give you far less aiming idle sway by default and a major boost to flinch resistance. Without flinch resistance in the form of a perk or an attachment, enemy fire will easily throw you off and your precision shots are going to become a problem.
