6 Best Split-Screen Racing Games
Racing games are a beloved bunch, and they’re even more fun when played with a friend (or three) in split-screen.
This speed demon is one of themost popular charactersin the anime and this also translates into the game. If you built her correctly, you’ll win the URA Finales without a doubt. That’s how strong this character is. So let’s dive into how to actually build this front-runner the right way.

Why Silence Suzuka is Best for Beginners
Before we get into the nitty-gritty of talking about where to put stats and skills, let me tell you why spending that 3-star voucher on Silence Suzuka might be worth your time.
First, it’s because if you’re like me, who started out as a complete beginner into the game without anyknowledge of the anime, I struggled a bit with just looking for a simple character that could win races outright. Silence Suzuka fits that bill because she’s a front-runner, so she’s either getting the leads early or at least she’s always battling for the top position.

Choosing Silence Suzuka made me understand themechanics of the gameeasier because she’s not a complicated trainee to level up and spending stats on her main trait, Speed, has an immediate effect in races, and you’re just compounding her strengths by choosing skills that compliment her speed. She’s great for beginners, wins a lot of races, so she’s the best Uma for beginners in my book.
The Perfect Stat Distribution for Silence Suzuka
Silence Suzuka is a Front Runner with an insane 20% Speed Growth bonus. It’s the main stat which you should focus on, since you need to get the leads early on during races. Her specialties are Mile (1500 - 1800m) and Medium (1800 - 2500m) Turf races.
What makes her special is her unique skill,“The View from the Lead is Mine!”, which gives her a massive speed boost on the final straight when she’s leading. This skill is what makes her win races and to do that, you need to be conscious of your stat distribution.

Here’s the best stat distribution for Silence Suzuka:
During the early parts of Career Mode, try to juggle training sessions between Speed and Stamina.Level them up early and enhance their training facilities so that once you’re a bit comfortable that she’s gaining early leads in races without problem, you can spend training sessions for her Wit stat so that the chances to activate her skills will increase. After that, you should raise Power and then Guts.
I’d also like to point out thatif you’re not getting the results that you’d like in terms of skill activation, you can raise Wit to around the 400 mark and reduce power to 500. This should be plenty enough to make sure that you have great chances to activate the skills you gained through the career as well as her unique ability.

What you’d like to see during races is being able to hold the lead early or at least be in second or third if you’re against a formidable Uma, and eventually snatch the top spot in the final stretches by a fair margin, so that Silence Suzuka can use her unique skill to secure the win.
During my second playthrough, I was able to win the URA Finale and exceeded some stats while staying close to the other stats listed above, so don’t worry if you can’t get 1000 Speed during your first run. As you raise Silence Suzuka’s potential, get better Legacies and Support Cards, you’ll eventually be able to complete her career on a better note than your previous attempts.

Silence Suzuka’s Best Support Cards
If you’re new to the game, Support Cards are necessary for training Umas in Career mode. They provide stat bonuses and special training events that reward you with new skills.
In Silence Suzuka’s case, the best deck should contain cards that improve her Speed, Stamina, Wit, or Power. Guts isn’t super helpful to a Front Runner like Silence Suzuka so use it on other Umas that are built to handle long races, like Biwa or Mejiro Mcqueen instead.
Here are the best Support Cards for Silence Suzuka:
Support Card
Special Week [The Setting Sun and Rising Stars]
Head Start Scout
Nishino Flower [Even the Littlest Bud]
Kitasan Black [Fire at My Heels]
Spotlight Support Card Scout
Fine Motion [Wave of Gratitude]
Super Creek [Piece of Mind]
Vodka [Wild Rider]
Other cards which you can also use for Silence Suzuka are:
If you missedlimited-time event bannerslike the Spotlight Support Card Scout, which is only available until June 03, 2025, you’re able to try to find similar cards that offer the same bonuses or hope for another rerun of the event. That said, the game doesn’t punish you for not having the “best card” and actually gives you a lot of options to mix and match different combinations.
In fact, if you’re just starting out and don’t have SR or SSR cards yet, you can use rare cards like Oguri Cap’s Tracen Academy since it’s already filled with a lot of skills that you’d generally want, although this is only a Rare card and has no unique perks. Compliment that with other cards that boost Stamina, Wit, and Power, and you’re good to go.
Best Skills for Silence Suzuka
In Umamusume Pretty Derby, skills provide boosts or much-needed recovery buffs during races. You can get skills through training events provided by Support Cards or main events. Choosing the right dialogue will allow you to get hints which will decrease the number of points needed to acquire or upgrade a particular skill.
If you notice an exclamation point showing in the Training Button, that means that one of your Support Cards has an event that can be unlocked.
The best skills for Silence Suzuka are:
Early Lead
Increases the ability to go to the front early-race.
Final Push
Increases the ability to keep the lead on the final corner.
Frontrunner Straightaways
Increase velocity on a straight.
Homestretch Haste
Increase velocity in the last spurt.
Corner Recovery
Recover endurance on a corner with efficient turning.
Straightaway Recovery
Recover endurance on a straight.
Silence Suzuka’s skills should be geared upon gaining leads early on and increasing her velocity on straights while recovering or reducing fatigue throughout the race.
This is whyHomestretch Hasteis a great ability to have, since it increases your velocity in the last spurts of the race in order to make sure that her unique skill,“The View from the Lead is Mine!“will activate since this skill requires a bit of a lead on the final stretch.
Once you get these skills rolling, Silence Suzuka becomes a very strong Uma and races become pretty much guaranteed wins. All you need to do is compete in races with track conditions that suit her, watch her skills kick in and career mode becomes nothing but a breeze.
After this comesgrinding and a bit of luck. Why? ‘Cause you’re going to want to have better Support Cards, better Legacies, and, if possible, raise Silence Suzuka’s potential in between your career mode playthroughs so that you’ll end up with a better grade than your previous tries.
Either way, Silence Suzuka is a great pickup as a gacha pull or for your free 3-star voucher. She’s a great Uma to start as a beginner, and she can smoke out most of her competition as long as she’s in the lead.
