Assassin’s Creed Shadowsannounces the official patch notes for Update 1.0.4, which will be availableon May 6 for PS5, Xbox, and PC.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows Update 1.0.4 Brings New Content and Fixes
If you’ve already completed the main story ofAssassin’s Creed Shadows, the latest installment in Ubisoft’s saga forPS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, you’ll be glad to know that new content is on the way. We’re not just talking about photo mode, New Game Plus, and bug fixes (though those are included), but also brand-new missions.
Ubisoft has already revealed the game’s Year One roadmap, which includes free updates arriving between May and June for all platforms.
OnMay 6, 2025, Update1.0.4will go live, and Ubisoft has published the official patch notes on its social media, website, and Reddit. We remind players thatUpdate 1.0.3was released on April 16.
Update 1.0.4 includes anew story chapter based on the Portuguese Jesuit Luís Fróis. To start the mission, travel toAzuchiand speak with him at the Merchant Barracks after completing Yasuke’s quest “The Road He Walks.”
Another important addition is that theCodex has been updatedwith new entries based on the characters fromAssassin’s Creed Shadows.
Ubisoft confirms that the update will be available startingtomorrow, Jul 15, 2025, onPlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
