The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced the nominees for the 74th AnnualGolden Globe Awards, which will take place Sunday, January 8 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, withJimmy Fallonhosting this year’s awards ceremony. The critically-acclaimed musical hitLa La Landlead all nominees, picking up seven nods, followed by the hit dramaMoonlightwith six nominations andManchester-by-the-Seawith five nominations. On the TV side, FX’sThe People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Storylead the way with five nominations, followed by AMC’sThe Night Managerwith four nominations and several shows earning three nominations, including HBO’sWestworld, ABC’sBlack-ish, HBO’sThe Night Of, NBC’sThis Is Usand Netflix’sThe Crown.

The nominations were announced this morning at the Beverly Hilton Hotel byDon Cheadle,Laura DernandAnna Kendrick, who were joined by the previously-announced Miss Golden Globe trio,Sophia,SistineandScarlet Stallone, Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) PresidentLorenzo Soriaand Executive VP of Television at dick clark productions,Barry Adelman. Vying for Best Picture - Drama is A24’sMoonlight, CBS Films’Hell or High Water, The Weinstein Company’sLion, Summit Entertainment’sHacksaw Ridgeand Amazon Studios’Manchester-By-The-Sea. Nominees for Best Picture - Musical or Comedy are Lionsgate’sLa La Land, A24’s20th Century Women, 20th Century Fox’sDeadpool, Paramount Pictures’Florence Foster Jenkinsand The Weinstein Company’sSing Street.
